Promotion Rules

• Unless otherwise stated by the Casino, all promotional bonuses are non-cashable. All bonus money is removed from the Player's account at the point of 'cash out'. Bonus money is there to enhance the player's experience – therefore bonus money should be used to help generate winnings - it cannot be withdrawn as part of said winnings. All bonuses will be deducted from Casino winnings.

• In the case of a promotional bonus being used by a player who isn't the original recipient of said bonus; all generated winnings from that promotion will be forfeited and the original deposit returned to the Player.

• In order for a player to claim a bonus, he/she must first redeem said bonus before placing any bets using his/her deposit. Once the player has begun wagering before taking a bonus, he/she is forfeiting their right to any promotions on that deposit. If the bonus has not been redeemed, the player must contact Customer Support in order to redeem it.

• Combination of promotions is strictly prohibited. If this should occur at any time, the player's winnings will be declared void. Players may not redeem additional coupons in the event that they have a balance or pending cash-out unless otherwise approved by Casino management.

• The Casino Playthrough Requirements are as follows: A player's wagers are based on the full amount of the deposit which is added to the amount of the promotional bonus redeemed.

• For example, if a player makes a deposit of $200.00 and takes a 100% bonus that requires a 15X playthrough, he/she must wager the amount of their initial deposit ($200.00) and the amount of their bonus ($200.00) 15X before they will be eligible to request a withdrawal. That means that they must wager $400.00 X 15 = $6,000.00 before they may request to withdraw.

• Maximum Withdrawals are based solely on the amount of the deposit.

• The bonus amount redeemed is removed from the total withdrawal amount (for example – if a player redeems a $200 bonus and withdraws $1200 – He will receive $1000) when cashing out.

• Under no circumstances may Players redeem or request free chips, comp points or cash-backs during a withdrawal. The player cannot accumulate promotions or request them until after the approval.

• In the event that a promotion or free bonus becomes available to be used on different games, the highest wagering requirement (based on the games that were used), will be enforced in order to determine cash-out.

• Canceled withdrawals, such as "reversals" do not count toward any type of bonus unless the Casino management decides to approve the payout and re-deposit it into the player's account (after the player's consent). Comp points accumulated will be void hen playing using a redeposit

• The Casino reserves the right to change or cancel a promotion at any time without any warning or prior notification.

• Any excess money (extra money after having met the max cash-out) on a coupon will be removed whether or not the processing of withdrawal has already taken place. Excess money can be used in a combination with another promotion or to build up free comp points.

• Winnings that are generated from the following games while playing with promotional bonuses will be declared void (unless otherwise stated): Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and Pai Gow.

Free Chip and 'No Play No Max' bonus Rules

• Players from Australia, Switzerland, Finland, Sweden Denmark, Africa, Belgium, Poland, United Kingdom, Israel, Czech and Slovak republics, Ireland, Bulgaria, all countries of the former Yugoslavia, all countries of the former U.S.S.R, Netherlands, Austria, China, Portugal, Mexico, France, Italy, Spain, all of Central and South America may not cash out from free chip offers if they have not previously deposited. These players may par-take of said free chips for amusement purposes only.

• The Casino's welcome bonus is restricted as follows: one bonus per player, per family, per computer, per address, unless stated otherwise by the casino in a prior agreement.

• Free chip offers are intended for our regular players and in order to cash out on a free chip offer, Players should maintain an active depositing account, unless stated otherwise. Players are prohibited from redeeming multiple free bonuses consecutively. If a player redeems a no-deposit bonus and is subsequently offered a second one, a real-money deposit is required in the interim period in order for the player to be eligible to redeem the second no-deposit bonus.

• No free chips allowed for slot tournaments unless stated otherwise.

• The Casino reserves the right to cancel or refuse promotions at any time.

• In the event that a Player makes use of a free promotional bonus that was not granted to him/her, any winnings generated from that promotion will be declared void.

• Initial requests for money withdrawal resulting from free chip play will be paid only via the following online electronic cash-out methods i.e.: eWalletXpress, Click2Pay, Neteller, Moneybookers or QuickTender due to the smaller amounts and inherent processing fees.

• The maximum amount of free chips that can be received in between deposits is one. Any and all prize money resulting from multiple free chips will be canceled by the casino. For example: if a player takes two free chips consecutively, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing with those chips.

• Unless otherwise stated, the maximum cash-out for all free chips is 1X. All free chips valued at or below $100 will come with a cash-out limit of no more than, nor less than, $100.

• The minimum wagering requirements for free chips are as follows: 30X the bonus amount for Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards. 60X the bonus amount for all other allowed Games (not including the restricted games listed above).

• For a Player to claim a promotional offer other than a deposit bonus, the player's account balance hold no more than $5.00.

• Cash-back and insurance promotions cannot be accumulated. The player is required to claim such promotions immediately following the loss of his/her account balance.

• If the player plays games other than those allowed as indicated on the coupon, all winnings will be voided by the Casino.

• Winnings that exceed the maximum cash-out amount will quickly be removed upon withdrawal. No additional amounts will be paid by the Casino.

• Players who reside in the following countries and wish to redeem bonuses have a 120X wagering requirement on all Blackjack games: UK, Greece, Poland, Sweden, Australia, Germany and Denmark.

• If a player has cash-outs that are lower than the amount of his/her lifetime deposits, he/she will be entitled to use our casino's "No Play No Max" promotion.

• The "No Play No Max" promotional offer does not apply to the following listed games: Blackjack (all types), Roulette (all types), Pai Gow Poker, War, Baccarat, Craps & Video Poker (all types). Any and all winnings earned using "No Play No Max" coupon while playing the above games will be declared void.

• The following casino games do not count towards wagering requirements: Roulette (all types), Pai Gow Poker, War, Baccarat and Craps.

Cash-back / Insurance

• Insurance bonuses cannot be accumulated unless stated otherwise by the casino management.

• This Monthly Insurance promotion only applies to real deposits. Re-deposits do not count towards this promotion.

• These types of bonuses can only be requested when a player's account balance is set to zero and there aren't any pending withdrawals due to be processed.

• Bonuses must be used before making any other deposits when a bonus promotion offers insurance. The player cannot accumulate insurance on any given promotion.

• Special regulations apply to the Monthly Insurance Bonus, depending on the Player's status. The maximum withdrawal amount is equal to the amount of the insurance itself.

• Any and all 'Cash-backs' or insurance bonuses have a maximum withdrawal based on the original deposit and the following wagering requirements: 30X on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards; 60X on all other allowed games excluding the games mentioned above.

Comp Points
• 1 Comp Point is equal to $1.00

• The minimum amount of Comp Points that can be redeemed is one-hundred.

• The Player cannot accumulate Comp Points when using free chips or previous comp points.
• Comp Points can be placed in a player's account only when their balance, at the time of processing, is zero and they do not have any pending withdrawals.

• The wagering requirements for all comp points are: 30X on Slots, Keno, Bonus Bingo and Scratch Cards; 60X on all other allowed games not including the games mentioned above.

• Comp Points maximum Cash-Out on is the value of the Comp Points itself, unless otherwise stated.
