Terms and Conditions:

The Casino reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, without any prior notification, therefore the player must review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis in order to be sure that they are made aware of any adjustments, changes or modifications of this casino's policies. In the event that any of this casino's software is used after an update of these terms, the Casino will acknowledge this as the player's acceptance of said changes.

General Rules

• All Players must be 18 years of age or older to gamble online in his/her state or legal territory.

• The Player is responsible for providing the casino with complete and accurate information when signing up. If a player's information is found to be inaccurate – particularly contact information that may prevent the casino from contacting a player- the Casino will close that player's account. In the case that a player's account is closed for this reason, all winnings will be declared void.

The player may receive notices occasionally from the casino and its partner casinos. The player can choose to unsubscribe from these notices at any time.

• The player must accept that the outcome of all games is determined by the Casino's random number generating software. The player must also accept the outcomes from games as they are received by the client application, sent from the Casino's game server.

• The Player is fully responsible for any applicable taxes or deductions on his/her winnings that they may receive from the Casino.

• This casino promotes responsible gambling. Players have the right to request to be removed from our service at any time.

• Any expenses, costs, liabilities and damages that may present themselves as a result of (i) the player's entry, use, or reuse of the Web site, (ii) the player's use of any materials at the Web site, (iii) the player's entry, use, or reuse of the Casino's server, (iv) the player's participation in the Game, or, (v) the player's acceptance of any prize, the means the player must totally indemnify the Company, its officers, directors, employees, licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers from any and all costs and expenses related to such items.

• All casino accounts need to have a valid photo ID and proof of address associated with the,. These documents must be verified before a withdrawal can be processed. The Casino reserves the right to request additional information in order to verify accounts.

• When using a credit card to deposit with us, the player must deliver an authorization form along with a photocopy of the front of the card.

• Some of our processors pre-approve transactions and then process the transactions in a batch process later. If your transaction happens to be declined at that time of it being processed, and if there are winnings generated from your pre-approved deposit, winnings from that transaction will become void.

• The Casino reserves the right to close any account immediately in the event of any abuse or fraudulent activity committed by the player.

• The Casino holds the right, without any prior notice to players, to add or remove games and services within the casino at any time.

• The casino has the right to process any withdrawals from casino accounts via the same methods used to fund said account. In the case of a delay in the withdrawal, the casino will seek the next best available method.

• When you receive a payment by check, you must deposit said check to a financial institution within 30 days of receipt. Any delay could result in the check no longer being cashable. In this event the company is not responsible and a reissue of the check payment will not be made.

• The player is solely responsible for keeping his/her account information and password details secured. The player is also responsible for any purchases and/or losses that may occur while using his/her account. The player may not allow any other person or third party, including minors, to use his/her account, or to access and use any materials or information from the Web site, accept any prize, or participate in any games.

• All decisions made by the Casino are final. If there are Player disputes, RTG has established a 3rd party dispute system (CDS) to settle them. Customers can use CDS – Central Dispute System – if they seek to submit complaints to the Casino.

• Professional players, as decided by the Casino, are not allowed to participate in any Casino games and will have their accounts banned. Winnings may be voided and deposits returned to the player in circumstances concerning professional players.

• If the Casino is unable to verify the full identity of the player and/or his/her documents, the casino reserves the right to request additional documentation in order to complete the verification process.

• The player agrees to refrain from disputing any charges or deposits made into the Casino. Should the player deny, cancel or reverse in any way their payments, and/or make any charge-backs, the Player must refund and compensate the Casino for such charges, including any and all expenses incurred by the casino in the course of collecting said payments.

• The Player acknowledges that the Casino, or a payment processing company acting on the Casino's behalf, is responsible for any and all financial account transactions (known heretofore as the "Payment Processor"). The player must accept that the Payment Processor can withhold payments should the Payment Processor have reason to believe that the player has engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity.

• The casino reserves the right to deny any bonus or withhold winnings should funds be withdrawn or denied by the Player's payment service.

    • The Casino may disqualify winnings should the following events occur:

    • The player holds two or more simultaneous active accounts at the Casino (unless awarded prior approval by management);

    • The Player's casino account information does not match the information on the credit card the player provided for the account;

    • Multiple Players who share the same payment solution (for example – two players who are using the same Neteller account).

    • False or incorrect registration details;

    • An account where the Player has permitted another player to play, either Intentionally or unintentionally;

    • A Player who uses a "charge back" on any of the money deposited into their Casino account or at any partner casino;

    • A player who utilizes a professional gambling and betting pattern while taking advantage of the casino's promotional offers (for example - using an "even bet pattern" while betting on Roulette games)

    • Evidence that a Player has been cheating, or that he/she has relied on an automated system (for example - machines, computers, software or any other form of automation). These Players will be reimbursed for their deposits and their accounts will be permanently closed.
